Cylapril: part 2

How does cylapril work?

Manufacturers of cylapril claim that people who drink coffee or alcohol desensitize the body to effects of adrenal hormones. Cylapril inhibits this barrier and restarts the energy supply.

How is cylapril sold?

Cylapril comes as a two-stage formulation. The first formula helps restore nutrients needed for the adrenal gland and the second formula helps to revitalize and boost the energy.

Can cylapril be used as a replacement for the adrenal hormone?
Not. Cylapril is not a replacement for any hormone in the body. It does nothing to the adrenal gland. Mucking around with the adrenal gland with unknown pills and without supervision from a health care professional can be lethal

How does cylapril formula work?

It does not work. Forget the BS the manufacturers provide. In fact, the FDA has recently warned the company to stop making false claims. There is no ingredient in cylapril that can affect the adrenal gland.

Has cylapril been tested in humans?

No, it has not been tested in a single human. All claims are made by people who have a vested interest in this product.

Are there testimonials about cylapril?

Sure, all testimonials claim it is a rip off. Once you have bought the pills, you have no refunds, no guarantee, and no one to complain to.

Are there any special ingredients in cylapril?

There is nothing special in Cylapril that can help you lose weight or boost your energy. Sure, the formula contains bees wax. The company claims that bees Wax helps the brain relax, reduces anxiety, tension and fatigue. Bees wax also postulated to protect the adrenal gland from further stress related injury and allows the gland to recover. The last I heard is that the bee population in North America is rapidly dying- so bees wax cannot be all that great.

Final point

Cylapril is nothing more than a scam. The company is now being investigated by FDA because of falsified claims. For all consumers, please read the testimonials about this product before you buy this expensive pill. The only thing guaranteed with cylapril is that you will have spent your money on more junk pills.

Cylapril- another weight loss pill or SCAM?

Cylapril is a non-prescription pill that is hyped up to help boost your energy and revitalize your body. In the process, you will also lose weight

How does cylapril work?

Manufacturers of Cylapril claim that the pill works by stimulating the adrenal glands. This results in synthesis of hormones which helps the body fight stress.

What are the adrenal glands?

The adrenals are tiny glands located just above the kidney. These small glands are vital for proper metabolism, manufacture of both male and female sex hormones, modulate libido, produce corticosteroids, and help boost the body’s immunity. The adrenals are under complex control by the brain.

What happens when the adrenals do not function well?

In some rare individuals, adrenal glands do not function normally and the individual will feel tired, sleepy, gain weight, and have abnormal levels of sugar, sodium, and potassium. The adrenals respond to stress quite well and when the glands under functions, one can develop life-threatening infections.

To counteract the under activity of adrenal glands, now there is cylapril

Does Cylapril help one lose weight?

If you listen to the manufacturers, the pill is supposed to be magical. It can do many things. In reality, it is garbage. The manufacturers suggest that one take the pill every day and it helps burn fat. As the fat is reduced, calories are burnt and one loses weight. Actually, it does no such thing. No one loses weight – the only thing lost is your money.

Can I lose weight with diuretics?

Diuretics are also known as water pills. These medications are widely used in medicine and valuable in the treatment of many medical disorders. There are many types of diuretics and they all work in the same way. Diuretics are medications that can get rid of excess body water. The two most common medical disorders treated with diuretics are high blood pressure and congestive heart failure. Water loss occurs gradually and the water pills are generally safe. All individuals who take water pills must be monitored by a physician because serious changes in electrolyte levels can occur.

Over the years, many athletes have resorted to using water pills to lose weight.
Sure, you can lose weight with diuretics but these medications are not recommended for that purpose.

When water pills are used by athletes, the weight loss is immediate, small and is mostly water. The water is easily gained in a day or two once you stop taking the medication. There is no water pill that will help you lose fat or your cellulite.

Athletes generally take diuretics to get to a certain weight before a sports meeting. This is not recommended as the water pill usually causes excessive dehydration- resulting in a poor performance in sports.

If you want to lose weight, eat less and start walking. The more pills you take, the higher chance of complications.

Penciclovir- another drug for herpes?

What is mystifying is why so many doctors write a prescription for topical acyclovir when it really does not help at all! Anyone who buys topical acyclovir for herpes is a fool- it is expensive and does nothing for your herpes infection. Because topical acyclovir is useless for the treatment of herpes infection, there is now a new product released.

Penciclovir is similar to acyclovir and indicated for the treatment of various herpes infections. The drug is available as a 1% cream and the pharmaceutical company claims that it is better able to penetrate the skin than acyclovir.

So far, acyclovir has been an abysmal failure when it comes to treatment of herpes sores. The authors of the recent study claim that Penciclovir readily gets absorbed and reaches skin in high concentrations and thus, it is more effective.

One should note that all these studies were done in a laboratory. Whether Penciclovir actually works better than acyclovir in the clinical situation remains to be seen. So far, there are not many testimonials but anecdotal reports from patients indicate that it is no better than acyclovir.

Penciclovir is available in most pharmacies and requires a prescription. The drug is recommended for treatment of herpes sores anywhere on the body.

The cost of drug varies from $30-$50 (not sure why there is such a large variation in pricing!).

For the moment, one should not rush to buy this product. There is little information on whether it really does anything. Remember, the drug company is out there to make money and some doctors who actually brag about the drug are paid by the company. A wait and see approach is important. Moreover, do not worry; your herpes is not going anywhere yet.
